Our comprehensive loan servicing solutions allow us to tailor a servicing
package that fits your needs. We have extensive experience in automated
clearing house (ACH) payment administration, cash management (including
administration of waterfall accounts), watchlist monitoring, escrow and
reserve account management, investor reporting, tax, insurance and UCC
tracking and administration, loan assumptions, and collateral swaps and lien
releases. We can also provide limited servicing including asset servicing,
cash collection and escrow services.

As a NorthMarq Loan Servicing client, you have online access to real-time
information about your commercial loans, including copies of billing
statements, tax forms, payment options and monthly status reports. In
addition, our integrated technology platform and automated internal
workflows enable consistent service and communication for our clients.
