Conor Freeman

Conor Freeman is a vice president with Northmarq’s San Diego Debt + Equity team, where he specializes in the origination and execution of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions across a range of property types with a focus on multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets.

Since joining Northmarq in 2017, Conor has closed more than 100 transactions representing over $1 billion in financing for his clients. He works with a broad network of institutional capital providers including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, debt funds, banks, and credit unions. Throughout each assignment, Conor serves as a trusted advocate for his clients, combining creative capital structuring with hands-on execution to secure financing that supports each client's business plan.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Conor was the director of capital markets for a boutique mortgage banking firm, where he arranged over $200 million in commercial and multifamily transactions. 

Conor earned his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. He is a member of the SDSU Real Estate Alumni Association, CREDA, and ULI. In 2026, he was named to San Diego Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 — Next Top Business Leaders. Conor and his wife reside in Rancho Bernardo with their daughter.
