Andrew Meyers

Andrew Meyers is vice president in Northmarq’s Jacksonville office. He is responsible for structuring commercial and multifamily real estate financing solutions on behalf of his clients through life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, banks, credit unions, debt funds and CMBS lenders. Andrew can assist clients with the entire capital stack, including senior loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and JV equity for both ground-up and existing projects. 

Andrew is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and NAIOP Northeast Florida where he currently serves on the Developing Leaders Council. He received his B.S. in business administration with a dual emphasis in finance and accounting from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. Andrew is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
