Brendan Greenheck

Brendan Greenheck is an associate based in Northmarq's Seattle regional office. He joined the commercial real estate industry in 2022 and specializes in the sale of multifamily properties in the Puget Sound. As a lifelong resident of Washington, he has seen firsthand the massive growth in the Seattle marketplace and its surrounding communities. Brendan enjoys combining his local knowledge with passion for building strong client relationships.

Brendan graduated from the University of Missouri where he attained a degree in finance, with an emphasis in real estate. Although he left the state for school, he grew up in Sammamish and was eager to return home after graduation. He currently resides in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, and in his free time, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, cooking or following the Seattle Mariners.
