Justin Hofford

Justin Hofford is an associate vice president of Multifamily Investment Sales team based in Northmarq's Tampa, Florida office. Justin’s role focuses on large-scale multifamily dispositions and acquisitions and land for development throughout Tampa and Southwest Florida markets.

With a 20-year career in the commercial real estate industry, he began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in the Valuation and Advisory group. As a senior director of Valuation Services, Justin was consistently ranked a top producer for Central, North and West Florida and handled asset values often in excess of $100 million. After Cushman & Wakefield, Justin then transitioned to JBM Multifamily Institutional Advisors and was engaged in financial modeling and valuation and market analysis of multifamily and land dispositions.  

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.  He has a Certified General Appraisal License in the State of Florida, holds both MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) and MRICS (Member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) designations and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida.
