Taylor Wyman

Taylor Wyman is an associate in Northmarq's Seattle office where he joined in 2023. Taylor serves as a multifamily broker specializing in advising clients and representing them in purchasing and selling multifamily assets throughout the greater Seattle area. Taylor takes great pride in being his clients’ trusted real estate advisor and tailoring solutions to meet their individual needs and real estate investment goals.

Prior to Northmarq, Taylor was a multifamily broker on the top-producing team at CPX. He brings a breadth of market knowledge and insight from previous roles as a commercial real estate analyst and multifamily appraiser.

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Willamette University, while also playing collegiate football earning all-league honors. Outside the office, Taylor enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
