William Rhett

William Rhett is a vice president and producer in Northmarq's Nashville office where he joined in early 2023. William uses his years of experience in the finance industry to find the best debt and equity sources for his clients’ needs. His responsibilities include securing finance for multifamily, industrial and retail properties.

Prior to joining Northmarq, William was a commercial portfolio manager for a local bank. The skills William gained in his previous role, coupled with his client-first attitude, attention to detail and banking and financial knowledge, provide outstanding guidance and support to his clients.

William is a Birmingham native and graduate of the University of Alabama, with a degree in finance.
