Chris Sands joins Northmarq's Walnut Creek office as vice president

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (June 14, 2023) — Northmarq’s Walnut Creek office has announced the addition of Chris Sands, vice president and lead broker. Sands brings a seasoned skill set, helping him build long-lasting rapport with clients. In his role, Sands will be involved in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net lease properties across the nation, with a primary focus in retail investments.

Sands has earned real estate licenses in New York and California and has forged relationships with a wide range of national clients, including private investors and institutions. Before joining Northmarq, Sands served as a senior associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services — where he was a top producer and a founding member of its Walnut Creek office.
