NorthMarq Capital welcomes Griffin Martin to its Phoenix regional office

PHOENIX (November 3, 2015) – Griffin Martin has joined the Phoenix regional office of NorthMarq Capital as vice president and producer. At NorthMarq, Martin’s primary focus will be to structure and place debt and equity for clients seeking to acquire, refinance or develop commercial real estate properties. Most recently, Martin founded and operated a commercial mortgage brokerage company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. There, he focused on arranging debt for small business owners and investors. Prior to this he spent three years working for a boutique mortgage brokerage company out of Arizona. He has financed office, retail, and multifamily assets and has a specialized focus with hotel properties. “We are excited to have Griffin on board. Martin received his degree in finance from Arizona State University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Associate of Industrial and Office Properties.
