Riley Sharman Joins Northmarq as Director in Houston, Texas

Northmarq, one of commercial real estate’s leading investment sales brokerage firms, announced today that Riley Sharman has joined the firm as a Director in Houston, Texas. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Sharman has specialized in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers, healthcare, and single-tenant triple net lease assets throughout Texas and the U.S.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Sharman worked with Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Associate of Investments where he was a 2021 Sales Recognition Award winner. Sharman brings vast knowledge of the construction process, land development, site infrastructure analysis and financial modeling. His expert submarket knowledge and comprehensive underwriting skills provide a unique perspective for Northmarq. He has also held positions at Colliers International in retail investment sales and Pristine Bay Hotel Development Group. Sharman received his undergraduate degree from St. Edward’s University and grew up locally in Houston. He remains active in the community as a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and Trees for Houston.
