Anthony Albrecht

Anthony Albrecht is a senior associate in Northmarq’s Portland office. He primarily focuses on office and industrial investment dispositions in Oregon and Washington with a strong background working with owners in secondary and tertiary markets.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Albrecht was an associate for CPX (formerly Capital Pacific) for three years. During his time at CPX, he focused on office and industrial investment sales in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to his work in brokerage, Albrecht served CPX in a research and analytical role. Prior to CPX, he worked for St. Clair Properties in Eugene, OR where he was President of the University’s Real Estate Investment Group.

Albrecht holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. He is active in the Portland community and enjoys basketball, football, fishing, hiking and spending time with family.
