Since 2021, Northmarq's Debt + Equity team has closed $52 billion in deal volume with a network of more than 175 originators operating in more than 50 offices nationwide. Northmarq's Agency team has closed more than $20 billion in Fannie Mae multifamily transactions as a delegated underwriting and servicing partner lending to multifamily properties.
Northmarq also has been an integral part of the Freddie Mac Optigo Seller/Services Network since its inception in 1994. The firm represents nearly 100 life insurance companies and investment advisors and has relationships with some of the largest capital sources in the country. Since 2021, Northmarq has closed more than $13.6 billion in life company transactions.
The firm also has an in-house team dedicated to FHA loans that assists first-time FHA borrowers and finances an array of affordable and workforce housing properties through its partnerships with FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Northmarq collaborated with Aeon, a nonprofit developer, for GiveMN's Give to the Max Day in November 2023 and matched donations to improve local communities and provide access to affordable housing.

DAVE LINK
During his 27-year career, Northmarq EVP and Regional Managing Director Dave Link has creatively structured deal capitalizations and advised clients on the latest emerging market trends across asset classes. He has established himself as an expert in recapitalizing challenged assets that clients can acquire at significant discounts.
In his role at Northmarq, Link plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm's debt and equity advisory vertical. His responsibilities include spearheading recruitment efforts and overseeing West Coast debt and equity production offices. Link also leads a team of Denver brokers focused on capitalizing acquisitions and refinancing client assets.
Since the beginning of 2024, his team has closed equity and debt financings exceeding $400 million, including apartment and mixed-use deals in Seattle, Austin and Milwaukee and multiple deals in the Denver metro area.
Link is a thought leader in the CRE finance field and has shared insights on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's roles in the 2024 multifamily lending market.
He is a dedicated community member supporting the Food Bank of the Rockies.
