Andy Finn

Andy Finn is a senior vice president and managing director in Northmarq's Minneapolis office. He joined Northmarq in 2018 and is responsible for structuring debt and equity capital for all types of commercial and multifamily real estate transactions throughout the U.S. 

Andy began his real estate career in New York City where he worked for several principal investors focusing on acquisitions, development, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Northmarq, Andy spent time with several commercial investment and development organizations in the Twin Cities including, The Ryan Companies US, Inc., Founders Properties and most recently The Excelsior Group. At these organizations, Andy’s roles were comprised of acquisitions and dispositions, the origination of joint venture equity and debt, as well as asset management. He has been involved in more than $5 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions. 

Andy is a member of NAIOP and a board member of Jewish Family and Children's Service (JFCS). He was the recipient of the Minneapolis Business Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2018. Andy has a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Northeastern University in Boston.
