Anthony Lyssy

As a vice president of Northmarq’s San Antonio office, Anthony Lyssy is responsible for the origination, underwriting, marketing and closing of debt and equity financing for commercial and multifamily real estate. He specializes in providing clients with tailored financing solutions, leveraging Northmarq’s extensive network of preferred life insurance correspondents, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, CMBS, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other leading capital sources.  Anthony assists clients with the entire capital stack, including senior loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and JV equity for both ground-up and existing projects.

Anthony holds a BBA in finance and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Program and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
