Arsen Aminov

Arsen Aminov is SVP / Director of Operations – Investment Sales of Northmarq. In this role, he leads the investment sales administration operating team, partnering closely with Northmarq’s investment sales brokers and corporate teams to accelerate growth of the platform. This includes talent development, sales and marketing, operations, and technology. He was involved in Northmarq’s entry into the investment sales business and has driven the platform’s growth from $2 billion to more than $12 billion in annual transaction volume in four years. 

Before joining Northmarq, he operated in a similar capacity with the No. 1 multifamily investment sales team within Colliers International based in Phoenix. Arsen is a graduate of Arizona State University, where is studied design, housing and urban development.
