Brad Moulder

Brad Moulder is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. With over 15 years of professional experience, he specializes in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, representing everyone from high-net-worth individuals to large institutional investors on their acquisition and disposition needs. 

Brad has been involved in over $1 billion in investment sales transactions in the areas of retail, medical, office and industrial properties, including single asset sales, as well as portfolio transactions. 

Before joining Northmarq, Brad served as a senior director and partner at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Brad oversaw acquisitions and dispositions for Vestmont Capital, a private equity real estate investment. His responsibilities included deal sourcing, deal underwriting, financial modeling, loan origination and negotiation, deal closing and dispositions. As director of acquisitions, Brad was involved in the acquisition and disposition of approximately $100 million in net lease real estate. 

He holds a B.A. in business administration from Drury University.
