Brett Curtis

Brett Curtis serves as vice president of Multifamily Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Boston office. Brett specializes in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties in the Greater Boston area for a wide range of institutions, private equities, developers and private clients. Recognized for his transparency and execution, Brett is a reliable resource in a transaction.  

Before joining Northmarq in 2024, Brett spent three years as an investment associate at Northeast Private Client Group in the Boston multifamily office where he helped expand the company’s business in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Brett began by specializing in the sale of multifamily properties for private clients and accomplished some very noteworthy transactions while focusing on the sector.

Brett received his B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics from the University of Vermont. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Massachusetts.
