Bryan VanCura

Bryan VanCura is an investment sales associate based in Northmarq's San Antonio office. He and his team are responsible for investment sales and capitalizations in Central and South Texas. As a multifamily specialist, Bryan is responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships in the Central Texas region specifically focused on marketing assignments in the San Antonio MSA.

Before joining Northmarq in 2020, Bryan was an associate for Cushman & Wakefield San Antonio Commercial Advisors for two years. Prior to brokerage, Bryan worked for a nonprofit, launching its presence in San Juan and Puerto Rico and then serving as an area director in San Antonio.  

He received his B.S. in international business at The University of San Francisco and an MBA with a focus in global.
