Casey Wilhm
Casey is a senior vice president in Northmarq's Kansas City office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the United States.
After graduating law school, Casey worked as a commercial real estate appraiser completing assignments ranging from narrative appraisal reports to §221(d)(4) appraisals and market studies.
Since 2000, he has held real estate brokers licenses in California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Washington and Wisconsin. Representing a range of clients from high-net-worth individuals to hedge funds, Casey has completed more than $1 billion in transactions on all asset types and classifications of unimproved and improved commercial real estate including retail shopping and strip centers, industrial parks, hotels, office parks and buildings, and student and conventional multifamily housing complexes and portfolios.
Casey currently holds brokers licenses in California, Florida, Kansas and Missouri. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Washburn University and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law, with an emphasis on real estate law.
Casey has served on numerous boards including the Kansas State University | Olathe Dean’s Advisory Board, Downtown Olathe Business Association, Heartland Business Capital Advisory Board, Johnson County Arts Commission Advisory Board and the Olathe Public Library Foundation Board. He has also been an active member of the Johnson County Public Arts Committee, Children’s Mercy Patient Family Advisory Council, Olathe Latino Coalition Business and Economic Development Committee and the Olathe 2040 Future Ready Economy Committee.
