Chris Adams

Chris Adams is vice president in Northmarq's Dallas office and specializes in Commercial Investment Sales. Chris utilizes a wide array of knowledge and experience across capital markets, geographies and industries to appropriately position investment opportunities and maximize results for clients. With more than a decade of investment sales, financing and lease advisory assignments, Chris provides expert marketing, deal execution and solution guidance to clients.  

Prior to Northmarq, Chris served as associate director for Stan Johnson Company (SJC), originally opening the Dallas office in 2018 and awarded the Production Award for Best Team Launch in that year. Before SJC, Chris started his brokerage career in 2012 at a national real estate firm focused on net leased property sales nationwide. Before that, he served as chief operating officer at ILS Technologies, a leading support and software development firm focused on providing specialized solutions for litigation matters and investigations. 

Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Texas and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and Colorado. He is an active member of ICSC and NTCAR.
