Chris Sands is a vice president in Northmarq’s Walnut Creek, California, office. Chris specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net lease properties nationwide, with a primary focus in retail investments. His seasoned skillset is evident in building long-lasting rapport with clients while working closely with them to successfully market, sell, facilitate financing and acquire new investments via 1031 exchange. 

Earning real estate licenses in both New York and California, Chris has forged relationships with a wide range of national clients, private investors and institutions.
