Colin Couch

Colin Couch is a senior vice president at Northmarq specializing in the acquisition, disposition and capitalization of net lease industrial properties throughout the country. His clients include institutional owners, developers, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Since joining the company in 2016, Colin has delivered experience, expertise, and unparalleled access to both institutional and private capital for his clients.

Before joining Northmarq, Colin served as a director at Stan Johnson Company (SJC). Prior to SJC, Colin operated as a tenant advisor in the Office Properties Group with Avison Young. Through expert real estate financial analysis, property selection, strategic planning, market analysis and contract and lease negotiation, Colin partnered with clients across a wide variety of industries to meet and exceed their real estate needs while minimizing occupancy costs. 

Colin holds a Master of Science from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in Georgia and South Carolina.
