Eric Stockley

Eric Stockley is a senior vice president of Investment Sales with Northmarq’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, specializing in multifamily transactions throughout DFW and surrounding secondary/tertiary submarkets. Eric is also part of the company’s national Built-to-Rent group with a focus on all of the core Texas markets. In this capacity, he is responsible for establishing/maintaining client relationships, providing advisory, transactional and development services to cleints. In 2021, he had a record year and was a top producer for the firm nationally. The DFW Investment Sales team was ranked the No. 1 investment sales team in Dallas-Fort Worth for both sales and transaction volume in 2021 – executing sales on more than 35,000 units, valued in excess of $4.5 billion.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Eric worked at Transwestern for four years, starting out as an analyst for the Debt and Equity platform and transition over to the Investment Sales team. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Texas Christian University.
