Jack Konas

As vice president of the Atlanta Multifamily Investment Sales team, Jack Konas advises institutional to private capital clients on their apartment holdings across the Southeast. With a decade of experience as both an intermediary and principal, Jack provides valuable guidance to clients on capitalization and disposition decisions.

Before Northmarq, Jack served as vice president of Development for Worthing, one of the most active, privately owned multifamily development firms in the Southern United States. At Worthing, Jack oversaw all aspects of the development process from initial site selection through business plan execution, and was directly responsible for all asset management and disposition activities. From 2020 to 2024, Jack successfully managed the lease-up and closing of over 2,300 units. Prior to joining Worthing, Jack was an associate at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s Atlanta office specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Southeast. While at HFF, Jack assisted institutional clients in the disposition and capitalization of more than 14,500 units valued at over $2.5 billion.

Jack is actively involved in the Atlanta commercial real estate community having served as Board Member and President of the Atlanta Chapter for the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP).

Jack is a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
