About Jeff

At Northmarq, Jeff Matulis and his team specialize in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies (debt + equity); assisting providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization, capital raising efforts as well as lease advisory); and physician groups in the developer selection and sale leaseback process.

He has been instrumental in helping the firm execute more than $2 billion during his tenure. Prior to joining Northmarq, Jeff served as partner at Stan Johnson Company for almost 20 years. Before Stan Johnson Company, Jeff was a field engineer with Hilti, Inc., a global construction company, where his extensive technical expertise and analytical skills not only gave him the foundation to work with architects, engineers and contractors on detail design in commercial and industrial construction, but also supported his relationships with key industry professionals, including national and regional merchant developers, institutional real estate investment trusts and high-net-worth individuals. 

Jeff holds a B.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Oklahoma and Louisiana. Some of his clients include: Broadstone Net Lease, Remedy Medical Properties, Big Sky Medical, MedProperties Realty Advisors and Altera Fund Advisors.
