Jen Lindell

Jen Lindell, vice president – director of Servicing business transformation, leads Servicing’s technology-enablement functions to provide enhanced client service – and support employees. She oversees a team of business transformation managers to represent Servicing and Asset Management in technology initiatives through collaboration with Northmarq IT and Servicing committees.

Jen joined Northmarq in 2015 as a loan portfolio analyst and has since served as associate loan portfolio manager (2017), loan portfolio Manager (2018), senior manager of digital process transformation (2021) and director of Servicing business transformation (2021).

Prior to Northmarq, Jen spent six years in community banking. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University. Jen is the 2020 recipient of Northmarq’s Karen Pribnow Award for Outstanding Leadership.
