John Duvall

John is currently vice president in the Kansas City regional office of Northmarq and has been with the company since 2018. 

His responsibilities include facilitating debt and equity placements for various lenders and investors including life insurance companies, CMBS platforms, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and banks. John began work in the commercial real estate industry in 2014, when he joined Freddie Mac in the Southeast Region Multifamily production group. There, he worked on a two man production team with an associate regional director with a prime focus on originating multifamily mortgage loans, including contact with seller, preliminary sizing per Freddie Mac credit policies and the quoting and loan structuring process (including pricing and negotiation of loan terms). John assisted his team in closing over 290 loans (approximately UPB of $5.83B) in the 3.5 years he worked at FHLMC. 

John holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Princeton University.
