Josh Pardue
Joshua Pardue is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s New York office. His team of dedicated professionals focus exclusively on the valuation, capitalization, acquisition and disposition of single-tenant, net lease investment properties. Prior to joining Northmarq, Joshua served as a senior director at Stan Johnson Company. Joshua assisted the launch of Stan Johnson Company’s New York office, which became the firm’s second-highest producing office since the office was rolled out in 2012.
Joshua's team received the firm’s “Best New Team Launch” after doubling Stan Johnson Company’s 28-year-old first-year production benchmark, while recruiting associates from New York City’s private equity real estate industry. In 2013, Joshua attended the company’s coveted annual retreat, reserved for the firm’s top-producing investment brokers. In addition, The Wall Street Journal, National Real Estate Investor, and GlobeSt. have featured Joshua as an industry expert, and Clear Channel Radio conducted a live interview with him discussing the real estate market.
Before Stan Johnson Company, Joshua was an investment sales broker at Colliers International where he was a top producer and a repeat recipient of the firm’s Largest Investment Sale Award.
He holds an MBA from the University of Tampa, a B.S. in finance from the University of South Florida and studied law in Australia. Joshua is a member of NAIOP and has completed NAIOP’s Developer Feasibility Analysis Program and CCIM Coursework, as well as studied private equity placement and GL/LP structures. He has visited more than 40 countries and is passionate about cultural experiences, politics, ocean sports, and mentoring.
