Ken Delvillar

Ken Delvillar is a senior vice president of Multifamily Investment Sales in Northmarq's Orlando, Florida office. Ken has more than 19 years of experience specializing in the brokerage of investment grade existing apartment communities and development opportunities within Central Florida and the East Coast markets. In his role, he collaborates with Luis Elorza, managing director of Multifamily Investment Sales, to provide multifamily investment advisory services in the South-West, Central and Northern Florida markets.
 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Ken was the managing director in the Orlando office of JLL Capital Markets, worked on Cushman & Wakefield's multi-housing team for over a decade and was a director with Marcus & Millichap. In his career, he has been involved in the sale of over 200 multi-housing properties throughout Central and Northern Florida valued in excess of $6 billion, for clients including public and private companies, REITs, pension fund advisors, multifamily developers and condo converters.

Ken is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and Florida Apartment Association (FAA) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
