Kevin Jenkins

Kevin Jenkins serves as vice president in the Charlotte regional office. Kevin specializes in the origination, structuring, placement, closing and servicing of commercial real estate debt and equity for life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, agencies and Wall Street sources. 

Kevin has over 15 years of experience in lending for the acquisition, development, bridge, construction, permanent and refinance of commercial real estate projects. Before joining Northmarq in 2004, he was vice president of Commercial Real Estate for Central Carolina Bank where he was responsible for the origination of construction and permanent loans for the bank’s portfolio. Before joining Central Carolina Bank, Kevin spent two years with First Union and six years with Home Federal Savings and Loan in their respective real estate departments. 

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Clemson University and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Kevin is also a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina and has received the CCIM designation.
