Maren Lapham

Maren Lapham joined Northmarq in 2022 as managing director of Investor Relations. She is responsible for investor relations activity for the company’s recently-formed investment fund business. Maren has extensive experience in real estate capital markets, most significantly as managing director and head of investor relations at Pine River Capital Management, a $10 billion hedge fund. More recently, she managed industrial development projects and the procurement of debt and equity for those projects at Endeavor Development.

Maren earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, where she lettered as a member of the women’s basketball team, and her MBA from the University of Minnesota. She has served on the committee for the Minneapolis Chapter of 100 Women in Finance since 2018 and is a CAIA Charterholder.
