Palmer Lloyd is a key driver of Manufactured Housing and RV park investment sales for Northmarq across the Western United States. 

Palmer has an excellent reputation in the commercial real estate marketplace for his exceptional advisory skills and his ability to foster long-term client relationships. He has quickly become an integral part of Northmarq’s Manufactured Housing team, which is building a strong presence in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest and Southwest regions.

Before joining Northmarq, Palmer honed his analytical and strategic expertise at Oracle, where he excelled as a consultant and a top performer in the Cloud Computing Division. 

Palmer Lloyd holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.
