Patrick Metz

Patrick Metz is an associate vice president located in Northmarq's Cincinnati office. Patrick specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single- and multi-tenant and retail properties and is experienced in property management, industrial, retail and development property portfolios. His background in accounting and finance brings great value in his analysis of commercial investments and development properties.

Before Northmarq, Patrick served as an associate director at Stan Johnson Company (SJC). Prior to SJC, Patrick worked for NAI Bergman where he specialized in retail, industrial and office sales and leasing. At NAI Bergman, Patrick represented the area’s largest Taco Bell and KFC franchisees for site selection and new development. He was awarded the 2017 Rising Star award by the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati and consistently appeared on the Cincinnati Business Courier’s annual list of Commercial Real Estate Top Producers during his time at NAI Bergman. 

Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wilmington College in Ohio. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Ohio and Kentucky.
