Remmington Penn

Remmington Penn is an associate in Northmarq's Walnut Creek office with Milo Spector’s top-producing net leased investment team. In his role, he is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions working with high-network clients, operators and developers. Remmington specializes in national leased investment sales of single and multi-tenant assets with a primary focus on early education assets. 

Before Northmarq, Remmington successfully operated an investment sourcing business in the residential sector, connecting high-net-worth investors and institutional buyers with homeowners ready to sell. He has performed daily valuations, acquisitions and dispositions of residential properties before shifting his focus to the net leased commercial space. 

Remmington has also served as an operations manager for Real Property Health, assisting with strategic budgeting and identifying synergies across business lines to cut costs and increase revenues. There, he collaborated with the executive team on growth initiatives by underwriting potential M&A opportunities, in turn fostering a deep understanding of markets.

Remmington holds a B.S. in finance and economics from the University of Nevada, Reno and real estate licenses in Nevada and California.
