Riley Rettig

Riley Rettig is a senior associate in Northmarq’s Newport Beach Commercial Investment Sales office. Riley specializes in seller-owned real estate in the context of mergers and acquisitions and works closely with prominent middle-market private equity firms and investment banks. He plays a pivotal role in facilitating sale-leasebacks and devising innovative real estate solutions that offer additional optionality to bankers and financial sponsors throughout their transactions. Riley takes pride in delivering his clients a tailored, high touch solution for their specific real estate needs.

Before joining Northmarq, Riley served as a corporate real estate advisor within Ascension's strategic advisors group. Prior to his time at Ascension, Riley amassed nearly a decade of experience on Wall Street, where he worked as an institutional equity and derivatives trader.

Riley is an MBA Candidate (Class of 2024) in the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Arizona and completed the International Business Studies Program at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
