Ryan G Demadis

Ryan Demadis is a senior vice president of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s Boston regional office and has been with the company since 2013. Ryan has closed over $1 billion in debt and equity originations working with various capital sources including life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, debt funds, institutional equity investors and banks. He has experience financing all asset classes, but his primary focus is on industrial and multifamily properties. In addition, Ryan specializes in ground-up construction and structured transactions.  

Prior to joining Northmarq Ryan was a member of the office leasing and investment sales team at RM Bradley in Hartford, Conn. where he focused on both tenant and landlord representation.

Ryan is an active member with NAIOP and REFA and is vice president of the board for The RiseUP Group, a non-profit focused on youth development, mentoring and public art in Connecticut.

Ryan graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in real estate and urban economics and a concentration in finance.
