Sam Crowe

Sam Crowe is an associate vice president in Northmarq’s Denver office. Sam specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi- and single-tenant net lease investment properties throughout the mountain states region, including retail, office and industrial properties. Crowe’s commitment to superior service has developed strong relationships that range from institutions, developers, private equity and high-net-worth individuals. Before joining Northmarq, Crowe served as associate director at Stan Johnson Company (SJC).

Prior to SJC, Crowe was a senior associate with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group where he focused on retail, industrial, office and land sales. Prior to Avison Young, Crowe worked for Katz Properties Retail, a commercial real estate investment firm, as a junior associate. His notable clients include Consolidated Investment Group, Fortress Investments and L&R Partners.

Sam attained his B.A. in history and business administration from Fordham University. He holds a Colorado real estate broker license and is an active member of ULI and an associate board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
