Tania Halligan

Tania Halligan, senior vice president and director of operations of Debt + Equity and Servicing, joined Northmarq in October 2014 as a loan portfolio analyst I. Tania was promoted to loan portfolio analyst II in March 2015, commercial insurance associate supervisor in January 2017, and then to commercial insurance manager in October 2017. 

In February 2021, Tania took on the role of senior manager of Loan Operations, where she oversaw audits, new loan boarding, project management, records management, compliance and cash processing. 

Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Hamline University and a Masters of Business Administration.
