Thomas Ware

Tommy Ware is a vice president in Northmarq’s Tampa office. His primary responsibilities include meeting his client’s commercial and multifamily needs by sourcing equity and debt financing through Northmarq’s extensive network of life insurance company correspondents, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other sources of institutional capital. 

Tommy has been involved in financing of commercial and multifamily properties since 2006. Prior to Northmarq, he worked for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, LLC’s Tampa office as a vice president in production from 2012 to 2022. In his 10+ years as a producer, Tommy originated loans with various capital sources totaling over $500 million in loan volume. He also received a Large Producer Award in 2016 and 2018. Tommy joined Northmarq in June 2022.

Tommy is an active donor and volunteer for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in finance and a minor in economics, and he was a member of the National Honor Society. He also achieved his CCIM designation in 2009. Tommy and his wife Tristin have been married for 13 years and have a son and a daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys Tampa Bay professional sports, fishing, hiking trails and spending time with his family.
