FRESNO, Calif. (Feb. 20, 2025) — Northmarq’s Fresno Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Robin Kane and Brendan Kane successfully completed the sale of Ashlan Terrace and Pasa Tiempo, a total of 37 units located at 4160 N. College Ave in Fresno, California.

Northmarq represented the buyer, a Fresno family office.

“The seller was a SoCal based family who previously sold the same buyer a property before,” Robin Kane said. “They reached out and wanted to see if the buyer would be interested. Both transactions were all cash with no contingencies. It was a “no-brainer” as these assets were well-located.”

Built in 1963 and renovated in 2006, Ashlan Terrace is a garden-style apartment that features two- and three-bedroom units with air conditioning, laundry facilities, and a pet-friendly environment. Pasa Tiempo was built in 1973 consisting of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The properties are located roughly six miles from Fresno Yosemite International Airport, within six miles of Chaffee Zoo, Roeding Park and Forestiere Underground Gardens, and is just two miles from Fresno City College and five miles from Fresno State University. It is located within proximity to California State Route 41.
