Northmarq arranges sale and acquisition financing for 258-unit multifamily community in Omaha, NE

OMAHA, Neb. (March 27, 2025) — Northmarq’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Parker Stewart, Anthony Martinez, Dominic Martinez and Alex Malzone arranged the sale of The Colonial apartments, a 258-unit multifamily community in Omaha, Nebraska.
Northmarq represented the seller, Monarch Investment and Management Group. The property was acquired by Bender Companies.
Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team, led by Brett Hood, secured the financing through its in-house Fannie Mae DUS platform.

“Fannie Mae provided very favorable loan terms, including leverage exceeding 80% loan to purchase price (LTPP), for this repeat sponsor’s acquisition,” said Hood. “Bender also was able to rate lock when Treasury yields dropped to near six-month lows during the application process through Fannie’s Streamlined Early Rate Lock option.”
