PHOENIX (Jan. 2, 2025) — Northmarq’s Phoenix Multifamily Investment Sales team of Trevor Koskovich, Jesse Hudson, Ryan Boyle and Logan Baca successfully brokered the sale of District at Civic Square, a 352-unit multifamily community. Northmarq represented the seller, Kaplan Companies.
