Northmarq’s New York Metro Debt + Equity team led by David Singer and Collin Lester successfully arranged the $3.273 million external refinancing of Dixie Downs, a 47-unit garden style apartment located at 4319 Sanders Ln in Shively, Kentucky. Northmarq arranged the permanent-fixed debt deal on behalf of the borrower, Privet Group, through Ready Capital Commercial LLC – Freddie Mac SBL.
