RICHMOND (February 27, 2017) – Keith Wells, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Richmond-based regional office finalized permanent financing of $9 million for Graduate Court, a 3-building, 25-unit/133-bed student housing property located on Montebello Street and 14th Street NW in Charlottesville, Virginia on the campus of the University of Virginia.
