Northmarq arranges $11 million refinance of industrial property in Sunnyvale, Texas

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (June 7, 2021) - Ory Schwartz, senior vice president/managing director of Northmarq’s Los Angeles office secured the $11 million refinance of Planters Road Industrial. The 623,512 square foot single-tenant industrial building is located at 199 Planters Road in Sunnyvale, Texas. The Transaction was structured with a 6-year term a on a 25 year amortization schedule. Northmarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
