The 296-unit property will be located on University Drive and Research Park Boulevard. The transaction was structured with a 4-year term with 3-years of interest only. NorthMarq arranged the loan for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank. The property is located within the iconic MidCity mixed-use development.
