NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranges $39.6 million refinance for Omnicare Center in Cincinnati, Ohio

CINCINNATI (August 31, 2016) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office, arranged a $39.6 million refinance for The Omnicare Center located at 201 East Fourth Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year loan from a major life insurance company to refinance existing acquisition debt. The borrower, Smith Hallemann Partners, is one of the most active investors in the Cincinnati market. “This life company lender offered competitive terms,” said Branscome. “The closing was efficient and the borrower was happy with the job we did to assist in arranging this financing and closing the loan.”
