Northmarq finalizes sale and financing of Red River Apartments in Austin, Texas
AUSTIN, TEXAS (February 23, 2023) — Hayden Schnieders of Northmarq’s Austin investment sales office secured the sale of Red River Apartments. The 30-unit/3-story multifamily property is located at 3301 Red River Street in Austin, Texas. Northmarq represented the seller in the transaction. The property was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale.

Cheryl Higley from Northmarq’s Austin debt team arranged the acquisition financing for the Buyer. Northmarq’s Fannie Mae DUS team was able to provide a 10-year fixed rate below 5.50% with 5 years of interest only.
