SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. (Jan. 3, 2025) — Northmarq’s Newport Beach Commercial Investment Sales team led by Ronnie Givargis successfully completed the $15.5 million sale of Seahorse Resort and Villa Del Mar Inn, two hotels located in San Clemente, California.

Northmarq represented the seller, a local family trust. The buyer was a New York-based LLC.

“These two locations have incredible proximity to the coast and local must-see destinations,” Givargis said. “Through our marketing efforts, we were able to create a competitive bidding structure which accumulated multiple bidders and ultimately closed approximately 30% above the list price.”

Both properties sit side-by-side at 602 and 612 Avienda Victoria in San Clemente, just steps away from the Pacific Ocean and San Clemente Pier and within walking distance of T-Street Beach. The property hotel boasts nearby park and is within a short drive of coffee shops, restaurants and dining, shopping and pharmacies. It is nearby Interstate 5 and El Camino Real.
