Northmarq's Northern California office successfully brokers $27.5 million sale of Valencia Portfolio

Northmarq’s Northern California Multifamily Investment Sales team of Zachary LeBeouf and Anthony Pappageorge successfully brokered the $27.5 million sale of the Valencia Portfolio. The portfolio consisted of two assets: The Valencia (80 units) and Valencia Terrace (64 units). The communities were built in 1986 and 1982 and located at 1101 N Camino Alto and 154 Richardson Drive, respectively.

Northmarq represented the seller, Reliant Group Management. The buyer was Abacus Capital Group LLC.

“This portfolio sale represents the largest multifamily sale in Vallejo since 2021 and only the second 100+ unit multifamily sale in Solano County this year,” said LeBeouf.
